Sage-Code Laboratory (SCL) provides free educational resources, laboratory articles, and code examples strictly "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. SCL disclaims all liability for damages resulting from code execution or system usage.
#1. Privacy by Design
Our platform is GDPR compliant. We do not need your data to train you. You can learn anonymously until you are ready to register. If you register you have the right to be forgotten. We provide a "remove" button that will erase your progress data in seconds, without any trace.
#2. Absolute Ownership
What you build here is yours. We provide the educational resources and laboratory environment, but we claim no royalties or rights to your output. You retain 100% of the intellectual property developed using our methodologies. We do not license your code.
#3. Direct Mentorship
We believe in friendly, human-to-human interactions. We private 42 days private messaging and video calls, free of bureaucratic friction. We manage capacity strictly to ensure every member receives the focus they deserve. We prune inactive members.
#4. Community Independence
SCL is an independent initiative, unaffiliated with any corporate entity or academic institution. We fund our expenses from private resources to ensure our curriculum remains objective, unbiased, and immune to the influence of external stakeholders.
#5. Platform Assets
Sage-Code Laboratory retains exclusive ownership of platform code, curriculum documentation, instructional roadmaps, videos, presentations, trademarks and infrastructure tools. Our projects are open-source protected by GPL licenses terms.
#6. Data Sharing
We do not display, sell, rent, or distribute user data to external parties, with one exception: VIP members may opt-in to a public profile displaying contact information and activity testimonial. However, your progress data is hidden and encrypted.
